Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your NOIR & CO watch.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be unused.
- The protective films must remain attached.
- The original packaging must be included.
- The item must be in its original condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
